The accommodation comprises a one bedroomed ground floor apartment with wetroom bathroom, utility, kitchen / diner and lounge area, all recently completed to the highest standards.

The kitchen has a Smeg toaster and kettle, and also a Nespresso coffee machine stocked with a sample selection of different coffee pods. The kitchen also features a four ring gas hob, gas oven and grill, microwave oven and under-counter dishwasher. The utility area includes both a washing machine and separate tumble dryer. The lounge area includes a flat screen TV with multichannel - if you can look away from the view out of the patio doors, that is! There is complimentary fast WIFI too.

The tastefully decorated bedroom has one double bed, or can be configured as two singles, while the bathroom includes a 'wetroom' type shower. The patio area, which has spectacular views across Keel beach and beyond, includes outdoor furniture and a chiminea solid fuel burner.

However please be aware that the car parking area, while immediately adjacent to the single-level stone path/patio area outside the apartment, is itself gravel. It is possible to park parallel to the stone path.)
